Rice husk briquettes
![]() |
It consists in the compaction of rice husk through a press. The volume of the loose husk is compressed approximately 10 to 1, to form briquettes. These are used on an industrial way replacing the wood, either in boilers, furnaces potteries, bakeries, etc. According to studies of heat energy briquettes reach up to 3 times longer than wood plant. |

Briquette is an organic product, high calorific value, low humidity (between 5% to 8%), and high density compaction. The thermal uniformity and regularity, resulting in increased performance, reduces pollution, thus conserving the environment.
It is a product that is replacing the wood with much success and with many advantages:
- it keeps a constant heat
- reduces waste
- it has a higher temperature and high calorific flames and embers
- reduces the space used for the stock
- help preserve the environment
- it is used in industrial boilers, bakeries ovens, pizzerias, thermal pools, clubs, hotels, laundries and residences, restaurants and bonfires.
The Briquette arrived to assist nature; 1000 kilograms of briquettes are 3 adult trees.
Besides the ash can be used in orchards, gardens, flower vases, etc.. Briquette has the largest position in relation to other fuels and belongs to the ISO 14000 standards, as their removal does not degrade the environment.
