Quality Control
We analyze the grain through the illuminating color, size, composition and color, besides a careful selection of materials for seed production.
These controls ensure a uniform and equal quality of rice, beyond the number of tones required by the customers.
Molinos El País is prepared to meet orders in volumes very important to ensure in any case the same level of quality of the grain.
Ongoing training of staff and the continuing development of its Quality System allows to Molinos El País ensure compliance with the quality of their products, thus obtaining the trust and loyalty of consumers.
For us quality is a philosophy of work, in which each person must do things right from the beginning.
Our commitment to achieve the desired quality starts from the crops, for which we give support to the farmer, then in the process we accompany the product during each stage, with strict control, which helps us to maintain standards our products at expected levels.
We have a program from which we obtain a product that exceeds our customers' expectations.
The program provides:
- The conditions for maintaining the premises free of potential sources of contamination.
- Measures to prevent conditions that could be adverse to the product during processing.
- The guidelines that can provide a clean work area.
This is complemented with three basic plans:
- Sanitation plan: By which sets the parameters to ensure a hygienic environment for the transformation of rice.
- Pest Control Plan: Which prevents the infestation of our products.
- Solid Waste Management Plan: That part of the management of waste and thus helps maintain order, cleanliness and the environment.
Finally, we strive to maintain the controlled conditions of transport and storage so the product arrives free of contamination to our consumer.
